Pallet has played a huge role in the area of logistics when it is assembled goods as the basic unit or handling equipment, pallet distribution has a broad application value. With the sustained development of china's logistics industry, the pallet is circulating more quickly between enterprises now and the use of number about pallet has incremented to 10 million every year. Pallet management and how to improve the efficiency of its application which are the bottleneck of china's logistics development. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) technology has a wide range of applications in logistic, which is mainly reflected in real-time collection of information. Pallet has not only loading the goods but also carried the logistics information, how to manage such a huge flow of information which has been a hot topic.The article main uses the advanced nature of information collection about RFID technology to combine with the logistics pallets in circulation. At the first, the paper analyzes what the need of RFID technology in logistics industry and the support policy state has adopted, as well as summarizes the research status and the results achieved about the domestic and foreign scholars in this field. Through the social survey, we can find that the application of RFID pallet has walked in front of the study. The second chapter focuses on the RFID pallet application system and introduces the operating principle about the constituent elements of the system. At the same time, the application architecture of RFID pallet system is constructed. In the third Chapter, there are three main models about RFID pallet in circulation, and we can determine the priority order of three flow patterns. The rental exchange mixed-mode receives the highest score about weighted index, which provides a certain theoretical basis for our RFID pallet flow mode selection. The establishment of RFID pallet bank of circulation pattern which is the core in this chapter. At the fourth chapter, there is a study theory for domestic enterprises to implement RFID pallet project and conduct a detailed analysis of the costs and benefits for the third party logistics enterprise to implement RFID pallet project. In the end, we can find a cost-benefit model for the project. The project will be extended over time and increasing trend in the cost-benefit model. In the last chapter, we can use the gray analytic hierarchy process (GAHP) to build the performance evaluation system for the third-party logistics enterprises to implement RFID projects and determine the performance indicators which are the impact of third-party logistics enterprises to implement RFID pallet project. In the end, Shanghai Modern Logistics companies implement RFID pallet project which is the case to support the integrated performance evaluation system. we can kwon the Shanghai Modern Logistics company have a specific business processes when they implement RFID pallet project, and through the performance evaluation after the implementation of RFID technology to verify the tremendous gains in circulation pallet.
