Research On Order Tracking Management Of Suit Production Based On RFID Technology

As suits were regarded as necessity of highlighting personal temperament,self-image and reflecting social status,the increasing demand requires the suit manufacturer to manage in a high-efficiency and high-quality mode so as to ensure the economic benefits of the enterprise.Bar code technology and artificial tracking are commonly applied in existing productive management to obtain information in the productive process,which makes it difficult to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of data collection.At the same time,there has been an existing information gap between organization's control and management systems.According to the above problem,this paper studied and developed an order tracking management system in suit production based on RFID technology.The paper was funded by the national longitudinal project " The Development and Demonstration of the Associated Key Technology in Manufacturing Content "(NO.2014BAF07B00).The paper analyses and researches key technology of suits production order tracking management system based on RFID technology,and has developed a prototype system by basic corporate researching and literature reviewing both at home and abroad.The main works are just as following:(1)Based on the research and analysis of the status and demands of the suit productive process management,the paper designs an application for suits production order tracking management system with the application of the RFID technology.(2)The paper designed and developed a kind of RFID terminal equipment,and succeed in real-time data acquisition and redundant handling in the process of the suit production through the device;what's more,the paper studied and implemented a anti-collision identification method.(3)Centering on how RFID read-write device convert the original raw data into upper needed application data,including the production information preprocessing model,monitoring facilities configuration pretreatment model and production logistics monitoring model.(4)Supported by the feasibility analysis of RFID technology in the suit production line application,taking the productive process management needs of a garment enterprises as background,the paper designed and developed the suit production order tracking management system.And the system has been obtained recognition from the enterprise through practical application.
