Research On Monitoring And Evaluation Methods Of Energy Consumption Index Of Rail Transportation Enterprises

Under the background of proposing low-carbon economy, railroad transportation, as a mode of energy-saving and environmental protection and high-capacity transportation will been developed highly. In the process of development, how to build an energy consumption index monitoring and evaluation method of the railway transportation enterprise reasonably and to make it can be generalized、replicated show more and more important. At present, railway system has already built an efficient energy-saving management agency, and set up a system of energy consumption monitoring and evaluation of railway transport enterprise. However, The function of energy consumption monitoring and evaluation system is not so perfect, and some indexes has a little limitation. So this paper made the following studies according to these problems:1. This article analyzed the railway transportation enterprise’s energy consumption components through the investigation and referring to information, which is composed mainly of coal, oil and electricity. In general, our country’s the transportation workload of the railway transport enterprise increasing year by year, and unit transportation workload and traction workload unit of energy consumption dropping year by year through survey of the national energy saving investment situation of the year from2008to2010. The energy utilization efficiency of the railway transport enterprise improved gradually.2. After analyzing the existing monitoring and evaluation system of the railroad transportation enterprises, found out there are some limitation inside it:There are too many qualitative indexes, and excessively emphasis putted on to achieve energy-saving target rather than enterprise energy-saving efficiency.3. So it is necessary to establish an efficient comprehensive energy consumption evaluation system to evaluate the efficiency of the railroad station’s energy consumption work according to the shortage of the existing system. The index system includes one primary index, three secondary indexes and thirteen third indexes. Use the method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to normalize the indexes of the index system, and get the relational weighted grade. Then figuring out every index, use the method of grey correlation degree to evaluate the comprehensive energy consumption efficiency of the railroad enterprises.4. Take Harbin Railroad station’s energy consumption to test the index system. Figured out energy consumption management work of the year of2010is the best level year. The index evaluation system can suit the reality of energy-saving work of the railroad transportation enterprises by testing, and can be used to many other’s railroad station. It has a certain of popularize value.
