| With the development of higher education, our university campus constructionis entering a peak period.Due to the large number of buildings and many various building types, howto reduce the high energy cosumption of university campusis particularly important. In order to accelerate the construction of a conservation oriented campus, it is of great significance to use campus energy audit, master campus energy consumption in every link,explore the existing problems of the resource management on these bases and further propose the solution.By referring tothe national and foreign literatures, the current situation of campus buildings’ energy consumption monitoring and auditare investigated in this paper. Besides, the method and content of campusenergy consumptionmonitoring, and the data structure of energy consumptionarestudied; the links and differences between campus energy audit and enterprise energy audit are analyzed and compared. By using delphi method, evaluation indicators are selected and determined, andindicatorsystem of campus energy audit is constructed. By comparing, analyzing, summarizing, and concluding several evaluation methods, approriate method is selected to evaluate the indicator system of campus energy audit.Finally, Xi’an University of Architecture & Technology is taken as an example of the energy audit.By using water, electricity, heating consumption as the measured goals, the statistics of each indicator in energy consumption is performed,and the corresponding energy audit is also accomplished.Combined with the real situation of campus energy audit, the constructed quantization indicatorsystem of campus energy auditand the corresponding evaluation method have been used to conclude, analyze, and evaluate the energy-savingsituation in the recent three years. Combined with the evaluation results, the current situation of energysaving and the existing problemsare analyzed, and energy-saving technique schemeis further proposed. |
