Since end of21st century, advocated and supported by the Chinese government, a number of Chinese enterprises start to tentatively study and implement "go into" international development strategy. In a past decade, Chinese own-brand enterprises like Haier, Huawei, Lenovo, ZTE and TCL was exploring the strategic model of "go into", made outstanding achievements. Meanwhile, they also face the difficulties from unfamiliar business environments, different cultural understanding, and lack of international brand management and operation experience in the overseas markets. With increased competition in international markets, most of Chinese international-operated enterprises cannot attend the main competition, which influence business development and brand building.With classic marketing theory, based on historical data and marketing case analysis, through the analysis of HR company "Trinity" operation strategy in India market and other typical international enterprises marketing cases, this study is trying to search the marketing strategy of Chinese enterprises to realize "go into" strategy in overseas markets, to expand their business scale and enhance brand awareness, so as to lay the foundation for being famous brand in the overseas markets. This article emphasizes the importance of brand positioning and building of Chinese enterprises in overseas markets, studies the way to make right brand and marketing strategy by analyzing of home appliances industry, PEST environments, characteristics of consumer behavior and competition SWOT, and to segment the market, determine target markets and right market positioning, and to create consumer value in each targeted market with4Ps marketing mix. At the last, against the difficulties during implementing India market strategy of HR company, from the angle of management process and system, resources integration, team building and relationship with each strategic partner, this study suggest the key factors to guarantee the implementation of international marketing strategy. Through analysis and research of marketing theory and practical cases, I believe that right brand positioning, customer-oriented product development, marketing and service innovation is the cornerstone of Chinese enterprises development in overseas markets.
