Research On The Relationship Between Outward-oriented Economy And Economic Growth Of Anhui Province

The relationship between the trade and economic growth has always been the important part among the study field of the economists. And the Outward-oriented economy and Economy Growth is one of its branch. According to path of the research of the economists, they were dedicated to find the influence from the opponents such as foreign trade, FDI, direct investment outward to the economic growth of a country, and on the base, they selected some corresponding indicators to do either experience or empirical analysis on the economic growth. The positive impact on the growth from the outward economy has been proved by the scholars.Although Anhui is an inland province, the outward economy has always positive impact on its growth. Therefore the research on the relationship has great sense:Theoretical significance is the first. For one side, we can find the relationship on the basis of province and thus extend the scope of the study. What is the important, some verification about the applicability in Anhui province can be found. For another side, though the analysis on the macroeconomics of China and the regional economics, we can also promote the theoretical research in depth. Second,it has some great sense on the practice. Some results base on the study can transfer the concept that growth depends mainly on the investment. Also, we can recognize some comparative advantages of Anhui through the analysis of the status of outward economy in order to find the advantages and disadvantages in the proceed of the growth. Some effective recommendations will be put forward after the comparative analysis between the very provinces and the Yangtze River Delta and another Central provinces.Some questions have been found such as the very relationship, the path of the influence, the size of contribution and so on. On the base, first of all, the essay has elaborated the literatures from the domestic and abroad and some research results focusing on Anhui province, and then some reviews and comments are followed. The paper has defined the meaning of the outward economy as the two main side: trade and FDI. The author has studied the characters from the angle of the trade openness, the total and structure of trade and FDI, and further analysis the necessity and feasibility of developing such economy model in An Hui Province. Followed by the above mentioned analysis, some empirical analysis such as ADF test, Cointegration test, Granger causality test, have been conducted and thus extended to study of the path and contribution size. The conduction mechanism and the path of influence have been explored through the way of combination of qualitative and quantitative and then the author calculates the contribution rate. In the sixth part, horizontal comparison has been studied in the region of Yangtze River Delta and another Central provinces. It is obvious to see that its Outward economy level is amongst the highest in the central province but exists huge gap compared to the Yangtze River Delta. At last, the writer has summarized the three main problems in Anhui province and some countermeasures and suggestions have been followed and put forward some corresponding recommendations.
