| In China, Mentoring is an ancient training method. As for equipment manufacturing enterprises who demands for a large number of skilled workers,Mentoring is a valuable system for training the technical worker to grasp specialized skill. It is popular use not only because transfer knowledge and skills, but also there are many other functions.In this article the author trys to find the reasons of the decline of Mentoring, the application value and the way of re-emergence. Based on the authors found that in practice many equipment manufacturers have abandoned the traditional training model all or partly. On this basis, The author uses the Shenyang Equipment Manufacturing enterprise as an example, using empirical analysis methods, selects several representative enterprises for field visit research. After finding out the object of study and the research significance, we select the most fundamental factors - mentoring functions as the breakthrough point for analysis, using interviews and questionnaires to collect primary data, through scientific statistical analysis to find mentoring function status and useable value for companies. Finally, whether a company should continue to use and how to use, the research will provide methodological guidance and response analysis.This article provides a scientific analysis basis for current application situation of mentoring in Shenyang equipment manufacturing companies. The study explores changes in mentoring functions by introducing realistic environmental effect factors and using the real diagnosis analysis method. The results of the study for Shenyang or even the national equipment manufacturing companies training the technical workers provide reference methods and paths. |
