| Mausoleum and Tomb tourism resources are unique tourism resoures. With the flourish of tourism industry, the evaluation on tourism resources has gain more attention. While the previous studies studies mainly focused on the natural beauties,ecological tours, traditional customs shall etc. ignoring Mausoleum and Tomb tourism resources. Therefore, it is of great necessity to evaluate those resources.The National Standards of Classification, Survey and Evaluation of Tourism Resources has played an important role in the past years, however, it has somes defections. For example, it has been verified for the comprehensive assessment of all kinds of tourism resources, but it can’t be done painstakingly and thoroughly with a clear objective.In light of this, the present thesis is supposed to establish a scientific evaluation system about the Mausoleum and Tomb tourism resources. Based on some majior studies such as the theory of tourism resources eveluation, exploitation, sustainable development and so on, a evaluation system which has four hierarchies was bulit.The target layer is the evaluation of Mausoleum and Tomb tourism resource. The constrained layer contains 3 restrictive factors including the characteristic and value of the tourism resources, the explotation conditions, and the forecasts of the benefits of the explotation. The element layer takes 9 restrictive factors, and the indicators layer has 28 restrictive factors. The damage to the cultural relics, uniqueness, damage to the environment, easy traffic, and the re-development of the tourism products has become the top five restrictive factors in the incicators layer.The explotation potential of the Mausoleum and Tomb tourism resources is devided into four classes according to the results of the total score. The first calss is 8 to 10 pionts, which indicats that the Mausoleum and Tomb tourism resource which was evaluated has world calss significant; others are 7 to 8 pionts, 6 to 7 pionts, and 0 to 6 pionts. |
