Up to now, the evaluation of the celebrities' former residences focuses on the qualitative aspect, without a practical evaluation index system. From an angle of protecting and exploiting this special resource, the evaluation index system of the celebrities' former residences is built in this essay, hoping it will provide the theoretical and practical proof for the protection and exploitation of former residences.According to the experts interview, based on a lot of related documents, the author confirmed the evaluation indexes of the former residences with the Delphi technique. And at the same time, taking the former residences of Changsha city as examples, with SPSS 10.0, the cases are divided into several groups, and some suggestions on development are put forward.
