The Research On The Tourism Planning Of Luan-yang Leisure Vacation Garden

In recent years, leisure vacation industry in China has developed gradually and the benefit has also increased year by year. As a kind of comprehensive garden that gathers many functions in one of a class, such as sightseeing, leisure and holiday-making, recreation resort, catering and accommodation, social intercourse and conferences, shopping and entertainment, Leisure vacation garden can provide people with diversified and individuated tourism products and satisfy today people’s constantly changing tourism demands. While with the rapid development of leisure vacation garden, due to seeking the quick success and instant profit, lacking of funds and optimum guidance, there have been some problems, such as the messy of development, identical construction, not obvious peculiarity and low scale merit, which will severely restrict the development of the garden and make it lose competitive strength. Therefore, it worth investigating and studying on how to carry out the tourism planning of Luan-yang leisure vacation garden and make it develop continuously and healthily.The object of this paper is Luan-yang leisure vacation garden and the paper is composed of 4 major parts. The first part (Chapter 1): the author expatiated on the study background, meaning, purpose, major study methods and the frame structure of study contents. The second section (Chapter 2): the relevant theory and literature review. First the concept of leisure tour, vacation tour, leisure vacation tour, leisure vacation garden and some other relative concepts were defined. Then, the thesis explained the creation background, domestic and overseas development overview and existent problems. And according to the related theories of landscape ecology, regional and urban planning, landscape architecture, the theory of tourism, sustainable development theory, a correct and complete concept and overall understanding on the planning of leisure vacation garden formed, just to provide theoretical basis and guidance for the planning of Luan-yang leisure vacation garden. The third section (Chapter 3~5): the author investigated in great detail on the planning of Luan-yang leisure vacation garden. In chapter 3, based on the investigation of current situation, the introduction of Luan-yang leisure vacation garden was described about planning limit, location transportation, nature environment, historical and cultural traditions and so on. In chapter 4, the essay discussed the development potential of Luan-yang leisure vacation garden by using SWOT analysis, and obtained the conclusion. Meanwhile, the demands and surveys of tourism market were analyzed. Thereby, the tourists’source market and thematic product market were located. In chapter 5, on the basis of the above analysis, Luan-yang leisure vacation garden was designed about the planning thread, the overall planning layout and district planning, planning of the major tourism projects, special planning, infrastructure planning, marketing strategy planning, etc.. And the strategic planning being in line with the garden itself was presented. Part IV (Chapter 6): the conclusion was got and the diligently direction was also pointed out.When Luan-yang leisure vacation garden in Chengde City is completed, it will form the unique“Royal tourism leisure vacation resort”in Chengde. With the purpose of tourism changing from sightseeing to leisure vacation, Luan-yang leisure vacation garden will become the tourism-type garden city of the Imperial Summer Resort, and it will be the new tourism center, reception center and economic center of Chengde City in the future. Furthermore, it will play an important role in promoting the development of Shuang-luan and even Chengde City. Hope that the research in this paper can effectively increase the activity contents of the tourists in Chengde and their stay time, and extend the consumer chain, and enhance the grade and the level of consumption of tourism in Chengde. Thereby, it can provide guidance for the future urban construction of Shuang-luan, and promote its tourism construction and economic development, and supply support for impelling the construction of an international tourist city in Chengde. What’s more, expect the paper can provide reference for the planning of leisure vacation garden in other areas.
