Research On The Value Assessment Of Listed Companies In New Energy Industry Base On EVA

New energy listed companies is a typical representative of the new energy industry development in China, how to determine the intrinsic value and the future potential value of these companies, has become the focus of the attention of business managers, investors and the public.EVA-based valuation model is a widespread value evaluation method used abroad in the evaluation model, the application of this evaluation model in the country is still at a preliminary stage. This paper attempts to apply EVA value evaluation model to the new energy listed companies.This article firstly comprehensive analysis the research purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research present situation, research methods, technical route, as well as innovation; From the theoretical analysis of the basic issues of value assessment of listed companies, for different categories of value assessment methods were compared and analyzed, a clear advantage of the characteristics of the EVA valuation. Scientific definition of new energy listed companies’characteristics, as well as new energy listed companies value composing particularity; further analysis of the new energy listed companies’value assessment of the elements and its coordination group and the relationship. Select T-company 2007-2011 financial statements as the analysis basis, scientific analysis of T-company development course and representative in the entire industry; Predict the 2012-2016 financial statements and calculate the corresponding year EVA, through the EVA value evaluation model derived results of the assessment of the value of T new energy company, finally after the result evaluation and judgment.It can be analyzed that the EVA value evaluation model is more suited to the evaluation of the new energy listed companies.
