| In 2009, CBRC promulgated The Experimental Regulations of Consumer Finance Company. After that, four companies were founded, which were Bank of Beijing Consumer Finance Company, BOC Consumer Finance CO.,LTD, Home Credit China and Jincheng Consumer Finance Company. The establishment of consumer finance companies is playing active role in completing our finance system and our economic structural changes. Meanwhile, Exchanges between the mainland and Taiwan are becoming increasingly close. China Post Group Corporation and Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd were developed from the same organization. These two companies have good basis of cooperation and also willingness to further cooperation for the public services. After research, I wrote this paper which is investigating the opportunity of founding cross Taiwan strait postal consumer finance company.This paper studied many theories of consumer finance and postal development theories, and also Analyzed and summarized the characteristics of domestic and international consumer finance companies. I suggest consumer finance companies should support e-commerce development. Meanwhile, I research the necessity and feasibility of establishing the cross Taiwan strait postal consumer finance company. Some suggestion were also Provided in this paper. |
