Today, market risk is increasing, survival and development of enterprises increasingly reliant on innovation to improve competitiveness and establish long-term survival of the foundation. Innovation has become as an important means for a national and enterprise to enhance competitiveness.Drucker(1999) once said "Innovation is certainly possible genius idea came from. But most of the innovations, especially those successful innovation is usually some intentional, purposeful, seeking opportunities for innovation inside and outside". However, the innovation is a process for company, how to generate a good business idea by what factors and how to manage these factors is a very important issue, thus triggering the motivation of this study.Purpose of this research is from the theoretical and empirical analysis, open the "black box" of management process of practice in business full innovation, if the enterprise’s full innovation practice is lack of creative and refinement process management, innovation management will no doubt lead to inefficient, Therefore, the micro-management of the creative process has important theoretical significance and practical value.The main contents of this article:First, the introduction of foreign management theory of creativity and creative management of the status quo of the background of this study; Secondly, according to the scholars innovation process will be defined as a two-stage, innovation generation and innovation implementation. Creativity management process throughout the production phase of innovation. Including three stages creative incubator commit of idea and judge of idea. Thirdly, based on previous studies, systematic analysis and collate factors affecting the performance of innovative management, from the source of idea、excitation for idea、commit of idea and judge of idea the four dimensions of to build the model of full innovation idea management theory. And give the research hypothesis, the design of the questionnaire. After quantitative research with SPSS and SEM, this thesis validates the formal model and hypothesis. The demonstration of the thesis indicate that, source of idea、excitation for idea、commit of idea and judge of idea have direct positive influence on idea management. Finally, in the conclusion and prospect part, the thesis sums up the theoretic contribution, and the apocalypse to Chinese enterprise of the idea management, the suggestion to the Chinese enterprise, and the shortage of the thesis and the prospect for the future research.
