The Research On The System Construction Of Aletai Telecom Customer Network Maintenance

Currently, the network operation maintenance is not only provided by the service hall but also mainly supported by the customer network maintenance engineers. The efficiency and service level of this team reflects the ability of differentiated service of China Telecommunications Corporation (China Telecom) directly. So improving the service efficiency and skill level is the key strategy and advice on how to strengthen the core competitiveness of China Telecom.Along with the telecommunication competition and the request of telecommunication transformation, China telecom’s business has greatly changed. Besides the two brands- my E home and Navigator, all kinds of broadband services such as video monitoring、WiFi、ITV、VPN are provided by China Telecom.Firstly some main problems are discussed based on the investigation between local customer networks of network maintenance in Aletai. Secondly the main reason for the low maintenance ability is further investigated.According to these research, the customer service network maintenance model is constructed which is mainly focused on the customer network maintenance work; The third part based on the queuing theory knowledge, the customer network maintenance personnel allocation is decided; The fourth part is the description about the JIT on time service theory, with the customer network maintenance system deployed on JIT,the service process is faster and more efficient; The fifth part is further discussed the customer network service evaluation index system, based on these discussion the local networks working hours salary system is set up in Aletai. Currently,this way is extended in Xinjiang; Finally, with the extension of QC (quality control) activity, the employees enthusiasm and creativity, the service quality and service efficiency is improved. The QC group activities in local networks illustrates that QC group activity in customer network maintenance system construction is very important.Through the implementation of the above work, the ability of Aletai telecom customer network maintenance transformation is improved.The research objective is basicly implemented, and it has certain popular value.
