Tianjin tourism development is extremely rapid in recent years and shows double-digit growth in economic indicators, so Tianjin has ranked as one of the fastest growing tourism regions. Giving consideration to both economic and social benefits, is very important to further improve the quality of tourism development, and promote sustainable tourism development.In this paper, random parting phenomenon and stochastic service process of the tourists in Tianjin is studied by the queuing theory. Through the establishment of scenic spot queuing system model, the statistical characteristics of the system is quantitatively calculated, which can optimize the queuing system, and provide the services for the design optimization and dynamic management of Tianjin city scenic.The main content is listed as follows:Based on the queuing theory and related theory, the stochastic processes of the two typical scenic are analyzed, which is the porcelain houses and the happy valley theme park in Tianjin. The characteristics of scenic spots queuing system, such as tourist arrival, service time, service rules and service organizations, are summarized.According to the characteristics of the scenic spot queuing system, the process of establishing its model is studied, and the model of some scenic spot is gained. In this paper, the modeling method is applied to the "Tianjin eye" Ferris wheel. The queuing system can be seen as an M/Mr/1 model, which is a special non-Markov process, and with the random variable r. The serve time is transformed into random process with the number of visitors related, and the problem is solved, that the service ability in the batch service is the random variable. The last, with the application of the embedded Markov chain, the queuing model of Tianjin Eye is established.The development of the tourism industry in Tianjin is introduced, and the distribution of existing tourism resources of Tianjin is combed. According to the queueing systems with physical formation or not, the scenic spot queuing system is divided into the first and second queue queuing system. Based on the tour time sequence, the X/Y/? model of the second queuing system is established.The optimization method of two types of queuing system is studied. The optimization process of the service rate for Haihe River boat is analyzed based on M/Dr/1 model, and the feasibility that the application of the queuing theory in the tourist management for Ancient Cultural Street, is investigated based on MM/? model.
