The queuing phenomenon is quite common in CMCC service hall. The conflict between the growth of customers and the limitation of serve ability makes such phenomenon more and more often. To enhance customer satisfaction and reduce customer wait time, it is important to carry out the certain effective project management approach to smooth fluctuations in customer demand and the limited service capacity of CMCC service hall.Based on the reduced customer wait time project management process, combined with modern project management theory on queuing theory and the theory of demand management in the pre-data collection on CMCC service hall and customers questionnaire, we used statistical analysis to reflect the current situation. Later, from the customer perspective, we analyzed of the queuing problem, and then from the payment type and the price sensitivity of customers' needs, then, summarized and set up the project management program to reduce the customer waiting time. And on this basis, propose solutions based on demand management measures CMCC service hall queuing problem.
