With the development of the e-business, since 2005, the marketing of the e-business is inereasing steadily。China’s e-business market value is above 1.7 trillion yuan. In the next few years, It’s still our country electronic commerce investment scale continuous growth and the outbreak of the period, China’s e-commerce investment market in the new development of the climax. With the rapid development of the e-business, all kinds of the new marketing mode constantly emerging, greatly accelerated the vigorous development of the e-business. Each of the emergence of new mode of the e-business, are great influence on that, in turn, drives up the development of the e-business to a new level, such as huge success of taobao C2C model, the development of the jingdong mall B2C, in largely promote the development of the e-business. Begin from 2010, there is a kind of the e-business mode that is thriving and grabing the tradition e-business market in very rapid development and also taking up a batch of venture company, that is network group buying modelThis paper attempts to use marketing, management, the industry competitive analysis, macro marketing mix strategy of a few respects with, and market position, and the marketing strategy comprehensive analysis model to analysis the team advantages and the problems they faced, and by analyzing the problems, the paper summarizes some methods to solve the problems, thus further guidance group buying mode can be better development.On some of the analysis of the problems, I’11 stand with 55tuan group buying as an example. According to the results of analysis and put forward the marketing practice proposal, the hope can improve enterprise in to strengthen the competitiveness of the marketing itself, can be stand out from many companies and be good quality service, customer satisfaction high.
