The different decisions of the organization are closely related to the economic interests and emotional attitude of employees, so employees always gaze at various decisions whether they are fair with their keen eyes. The resource allocation, organization members think whether fair and reasonable, is not only directly related to the personal attitude, emotion and behavior, but also will affect the employee’s work efficiency, even the organization’s long-term performance and social stability. Previous studies have indicated that the organization can take effective remedies, reduce the negative influence of the conflict in the working place, and make up the staff and injustice perception.Based on this, with China’s enterprise management status, this research, grasping the current research trend, is to explore the relationship between the organizational injustice remedies, and the satisfaction and so on. This research hypothesizes that the effectiveness of organization remedies depends on the injustice perception type and the match degree of remedies. Research attempts to study the differences of different types and results of injustice remedies by enterprise staffs empirical research. On the one hand, we summarized to the type of justice remedies in Chinese situation; On the other hand, we explore the differences of remedies of procedural injustice, interactive injustice in remedial effects, especially the performance in staffs’justice perception, job satisfaction, organization identity, negative emotions and complaint through the structured questionnaire and situation questionnaire.The study does questionnaire survey in176enterprise employees of ZheJiang province. After the data collection and analysis, research have conclusion as follow:(1) Organizational justice and organizational identity, job satisfaction have a significant positive correlation, organizational justice and negative emotions have a significant negative correlation;(2) Instrumental remedy plays a regulatory role between procedural justice and organization identity;(3) Relational remedy plays a regulatory role between procedural justice and organization identity;(4) Deontic remedy plays a regulatory role between interaction justice and negative emotions.Research2have these conclusions as follow:(5) Compared to interactive injustice, instrumental remedy has better remedial effects than procedural injustice;(6)Compared to procedural injustice, deontic remedy has better remedial effects than interactive injustice;(7)Compared procedural injustice with interactive injustice, remedial effects of relational remedy have no significant differences.Discussing these results, we put forward a kind of detailed classification of organizational remedies in Chinese situation, which have relation with fair multiple demand model. Finally, this paper points out the limitation of the study, and provides some suggestions for the future research.
