The proportion of private economy in national economy is augmenting daily. And it plays an important role in providing employment opportunities. Private economy has also shown strong enthusiasm in China's economic restructuring. It also speeds up the development and improvement of market mechanism. Private technology enterprises is a very promising and the most active part in the private economy, its development will inevitably affect the development of private economy and even the national economy. It is the main target of national economic construction to develop private economy particularly concerns the development of private technology enterprises.However, private technology enterprise possess double properties of private and technology, it is restricted by development environment, development patterns, the level of innovation and management level. Scholars are actively exploring the theory. Aiming to develop private technology enterprises, they provide lots of suggestions from institutional, policy, and funding aspects. Enterprise can not develop without staff support. Staff loyalty for the organization, turnover intention and job performance directly affects the development of enterprises.Organizational identity has become hot spots since 80s in last century in organizational behavior research. Numerous studies show that when staff has a high identity of the organization, they will take organizational goals as personal goals, be more dependent in motions and behavior, and improve performance spontaneously. And organizational identity are generated to a particular organization, it is difficult to imitate for other enterprises. Therefore, organizational identity can be a source of corporate competitiveness. The studies are focus on the antecedent variables for organizational identity, the mechanism and outcome variables.This paper is aimed to study the present situation of employees' organizational identity from the perspective of private technology enterprises organizational identity. It analyses the influencing factors and provide some suggestions to improve organization identity of private technology enterprises. This study is divided into four steps:the first step is reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures based on the analysis in the context. The review of previous studies shows that there are shortcomings in existing studies. Next is interview study. Through semi-structured interviews with employees of private technology enterprises, we understand their feelings of organizational identity and the influencing factors from their knowledge. Based on the interview, the study builds a model of organizational identity, propose hypotheses and choose questionnaire. The third step is to conduct a questionnaire survey. The study objects are typical private technology enterprises from Hefei and Wuhu. Through data analysis, the study validates the proposed hypotheses. Last step is discussing the analysis results. The paper also makes some constructive comments to improve organizational identity.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction. It introduces the research background of private technology enterprises and organizational identity and indicates the meaning, purpose, methods and ideas of the study.The second part is the summary of relative theories. It highlights the antecedents and outcome variables and measurement methods of organizational identity.The third part is the design of the study. Based on the theory study, this part present the idea of research and related assumptions, select and design the questionnaire.The fourth part is empirical analysis. Through the data settling and analysis, this part obtains the relationship between organizational identity and influencing factors.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospects of this study. This part discusses the results of the study and proposes targeted measures to enhance employee organizational identity.
