As the era of knowledge ecnomy has arrived, enterprises are facing the complicacy environment which changes quickly. In order to obtain stable development, enterprises must spare no effort to implement innovation, and continuous knowledge-sharing is an effective approach for enterprises to achieve competitive advantage. However, not every employee is willing to share knowledge with others, so knowledge-sharing is also a difficulty for enterprises. Meanwhile, perceived organizational support is critical psychological factor in affecting knowledge-sharing intention of employee, and Ling Wenquan thinks that the structure of Chinese employees’perceived organizational support is different from weastrn employees’. Based on the Chinese context, this research selects organizational commitment as a mediator variable and elaborates the influences that perceived organizational support havs had on the willingness of the employees to share their knowledge.The questionnaire is designed to take survey among knowledge employees, and247questionnaires are received efficiently. Through the descriptive statistics analysis, the one-way ANOVA analysis of variance, the correlation analysis, the regression analysis, this research’s main conclusion is as follows:(1) The three dimensions of perceived organizational supports and knowledge-sharing intention are all remarkably related, and the values recognition factor has the highest effect on knowledge-sharing intention, next is the the work support factor, finally is the benefit care factor.(2) Perceived organizational supports and organizational commitment have a remarkable relation, the work support factor and the values recognition factor and the affective commitment have a remarkable relation, the values recognition factor and the continuance commitment have the remarkable inverse correlation, the work support factor、the values recognition factor and the benefit care factor are remarkably related.(3) Organizational commitment and knowledge-sharing intention have a remarkable relation, the affective commitment factor and the normative commitment factor have positive effects on the knowledge-sharing intention, and the continuance commitment factor has a negative effect on the knowledge-sharing intention.(4) Organizational commitment plays an intermediary role between perceived organizational supports and knowledge-sharing intention.Based on relational model of perceived organizational support, organizational commitment and knowledge-sharing intention, in view of this research’s conclusion, this article puts forward some management proposals. The author has analyzed this research’s limit and the insufficiency, and has forecast future research.
