Since the 1990s, the globalized tendency has sped up unceasingly, the humanity starts to enter the era of knowledge economy, the organization and the environment is having the deep transformation, the tendency of non-boundary's career strengthens unceasingly. In this unstable, changing time, realizing the importance of the professional value, the perceived organizational support as well as the career commitment, is a new way to ensure an individual career success, is also new direction of organizing the human resources development and the management. Based on the foundation of the research, under Chinese social background, based on the knowledge employees, this research uses the quantizing research method to study career success, from the individual factor- professional values and the organizational factor the perceived organizational support, simultaneously discusses the intermediary function of career commitment.Firstly this paper compares different the professional value, the perceived organizational support, the career commitment and career success theories and methods so as to make preparation for future researches; Then this papere stablishes the research frame and shypotheses basing on the results got in the former chapters. The questionnaire is designed to take survey among knowledge employees. 251 questionnaires are received efficiently.Through the reliability, the validity examination (factorial analysis), the correlation analysis, the regression analysis, this research's main conclusion is as follows:(1)Professional values and career commitment have a remarkable relation, the self-realization factor and the prestige physical factor and the emotion commitment have a remarkable relation, the self-realization factor and continuance commitment have the remarkable inverse correlation, the hygienic factor with continuance commitment that is remarkably being related, the prestige factor and normative commitment are remarkably related.(2)The perceived organizational supports has the remarkable promotion to the three dimensions of career commitment, the perceived organization support has the highest effect on the emotion commitment, next is the normative commitment, finally is continuance commitment.(3)The emotion commitment and the standard pledged normative commitment have the remarkable forward influence on career success, the emotion commitment has bigger influence on career success than the normative commitment.(4)The career commitment is completely intermediary variable between the professional values and career success, it's the half intermediary variable between perceived organizational support and career success.Based on relational model of the professional values, perceived organizational support, career commitment and career success, in view of this research's conclusion, this article puts forward some proposals, for example:In the process of recruiting and selecting, the enterprise should inspect the seeking employment staffs professional values; In view of the different staff, organization should help them to work out the corresponding career planning, the organization must carry on the full authorization according to the mission requirement to enhance the knowledge staffs work enthusiasm. The author has analyzed this research's limit and the insufficiency, and has forecast future research, like further research on the object of study, research form, and the range of study expansion.
