In contemporary society, Guanxi between humans has penetrated into social and business networks. To some extent, the human relationship is certainly necessary for individuals and organizations, and it can maximize the utilization of resources. On the other hand, many non-ethical social hot issues had happened in recent years, such as nepotism, bribes and bribery, etc. This paper focused on studying the effect of human relations on people’s ethical decision-making. Firstly, based on theories of human relations, ethical decision-making and its interfering factors, and more actual cases, this study proposed some assumptions that human relationship, situational pressure, and available resources have an impact on ethical decision-making. Then establish a mechanism model of how human relationship impact on the ethical decision-making. To test our assumptions, we designed and conducted a special man-machine experiment named "bidding decision game" and questionnaires, which were completed by390people. According to the data we got from the experiment, this study concluded that:pressure, Guanxi, perception of profit and loss, and perception of chips influence all perform significant correlation with ethical decision-making behaviors. This experimental conclusion is consistent with some of our hypotheses. On the basis of experimental studies, this study proposes a number of policy recommendations to prevent human relationship from impacting on non-ethical decision-making, such as Improving avoidance mechanism, strengthening the external oversight etc. In view of the rigorous scientific attitude, we continue to, analysis the relationship between experimental manipulation variables and perception variables, and point out the deficiency and limitations of the experiment, such as the insufficient simulation. Then advance further outlook for the next phase of research. This study is based on reality, trying to simulate "real" situations to examine the influence of human relationship on the ethical decision-making. It has a high degree of innovation, and enrich the material and provide a good reference for experimental research in this area.
