The capital is the blood of enterprises, related to all aspects of business. Financing is critical for the development of enterprises. According to international practice, in the pre-investment feasibility analysis, you must first implement the project funding sources, namely financing. Visibly, the financing of the business activities of each enterprise can not be ignored. It is not only reflected in the early operation of the enterprise and project, but also throughout the entire operating and management activities of enterprises. However, on the premise of financing playing such an important role, Small and Medium-sized Foreign Trade Enterprises (SMFTES) in China are generally experiencing a problem of financing. It’s not only the Chinese domestic SMFTES facing the difficulties of financing, but also the international SMFTES. For the solution of the problem of financing SMFTES, economists strive to complete the research, and governments generally put efforts on helping.Under the background of macro-economy in China that is related to adjusting industrial structure, demographic dividend decreasing, RMB revaluation and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises occurring smaller profit margin, this article will take the basic theory of the financing structure as a guide to discuss the common problem of financing difficulties, then to propose solutions, and explore new financing models for SMFTES.
