The Influence Of Tender Strategy Of Supply Chain Risk Analysis

Due to the intense turbulence of the global economic environment changes, the supply chain is becoming weaker and faced with an unprecedented risk. How to reduce the risk of supply chain now is a focus in the academia and industry. The effective way to reduce the supply chain risk is to improve supply chain flexibility.The market demand changes frequently, whether the suppliers allow to adjust the number of products will affect the supply chain response to risk,so the paper firstly analyzes the impact of the supply contract flexibility strategy on supply chain risk when the dual procurement strategy is used. Then change the view and focus on the market sensitive price in order to analyze the multi-sourcing strategy how to reduce supply chain disruption risk.The article makes use of linear programming model to construct payoff function of buyer, and MATLAB is used to verify the result of supply contract flexibility affecting supply chain risk.The conclusion suggests that when there is the dual strategy in the supply chain, as long as one supplier is higher in supply contract flexibility and another lower, the supply chain risk can be reduced; and multi-sourcing is greater when the probability of occurrence of supply chain risk is within a certain range. The results provide the basis for managers to select appropriate procurement strategy and proper contract flexibility.
