With the development of lean production and frequent emergencies, the s upply chain more vulnerable, the risk of disruption probability is more and m ore high. When the supply chain is affected by the occurrence of unexpected events is interrupted, it has a great impact on the suppliers. And the impact will be diffused and amplified through hierarchical supply chain. At last, the r etailer will subject to huge losses due to lack of sufficient supply to meet cu stomer need. In recent years, a series of consequences brought by supply chai n disruption event makes more and more retailers began to actively explore ef fective measures to deal with and ease the risk of interruption. Scholars have also made a lot of research on how to mitigate the risk of interruption. This paper mainly studies the single period two level supply chain ordering which composed of retailer, main supplier and backup supplier. Based on the retailer's perspective, introducing disruption risk, this paper analyses the retailer's optimal ordering decision when there is an unidirectional transshipment. Here the retailer's expected profit as the starting point, to the retailer's profit maximization as the goal,we establish the retailers'optimal ordering decision model under the dual sourcing mode and capability ordering option mode respectively. Finally, we use the MATLAB to analysis the results of model, and analyze the influence of some key parameters on the retailer's optimal ordering decision. The numerical simulation results show that:when there is without service level constraint, the retailer's optimal order decision has nothing to do with common disruption probability under two modes; when there is a service level constraint, the retailer's optimal decision is subject to common disruption probability two order modes and common disruption probability has different influence on retailers'optimal order quantity on the main supplier; in two modes, retailers'optimal ordering decisions on the backup supplier is more sensitive to the transshipment quantitySince supply chain disruptions occurring frequently, more and more enterprises consider the risk of disruption when making decisions. However, the previous research only analyzed the impact of the risk of disruption in the general situation. In this paper, we introduce unidirectional transshipment in the retailer's ordering decision model under two level supply chain with disruption risk, and study the optimal ordering policy of the retailer when there is a unidirectional transshipment. In this paper, we analyses the influence of the main parameters on the retailer's decision-making by the case simulation, which can provide some reference for the decision-maker of the enterprise.
