The Construction Of Chinese State Enterprises’ Social Responsibility Evaluation Indicators System

The evaluation index system of corporate social responsibility is a set of effective toolsor perfect standards, some of these indicators can be independent, but among the index cancontact together. It can effectively evaluate the implementation social responsibility andmanagement of state-owned corporate.As the economic growth in China’s "help" area, one ofthe highlights in Tianjin Bin Hai New Area is the rapid development of state-owned enterprise.Throughout13years of economic development, the state-owned enterprises have laid a solidfoundation in economic development, but some inevitable issues of social responsibility ofstate-owned corporate stand out. Performance of corporate economic goals is to be achievedwithout the corporate social responsibility. In order to better promote sustainable economicdevelopment and fulfill the social responsibility of the state-owned enterprises, we must builda set of evaluation index system of state-owned enterprises, which is consistent with the BinHai New Area development. This paper describes the social evaluation index system ofstate-owned enterprises on the basis of the factors detailed, and thus formats the evaluationindex system of the social responsibility of the state-owned enterprises of the Bin Hai NewArea.
