The Research Of The Appraisal Of Corporate Social Responsibility Base On Financial Index

The government put forward many significant strategic decisions in the 16th Chinese Communist Party Congress such as building harmonious society, adhering to the people-centered principle, speeding up the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society .The SA8000 social responsibility went into our accreditation standards, accompanied by the surge of international social responsibility movement in recent years. Corporate social responsibility had become the focus of social concern. This requires us to make comprehensive evaluation according to the standards of both economic and social benefits. At present, economic appraisal research theory has already been quite mature,but it is extremely rare to the corporate society responsibility appraisal research. How to establish a corporate social responsibility evaluation model has not been reached a consensus. To a certain extent, it affected the efficiency of our comprehensive, systematic and fair evaluation. Therefore, it is the key of our study to build a corporate social responsibility appraisal index system and model for the conditions of our country.Firstly, the paper introduces the existing social responsibility appraisal model,and appraisals the merit and the insufficiency of the existing social responsibility appraisal model. Then based on the stakeholders theory, the transaction cost theory,the theory of social benefits and comprehensive contract theory, the paper summarize the content of corporate social responsibility appraisal.Secondly, from the financial point, the paper builds a corporate social responsibility evaluation index system according to the content of corporate social responsibility appraisal. Meanwhile, the paper uses non-financial indicators as a supplement for evaluation index system. Then the paper establishes a corporate social responsibility appraisal model.Thirdly, after collecting data which are reflect of corporate social responsibility, the above model is used to appraisal the corporate society responsibility of Changzhutan 28 listed companies.Through the empirical studies, we have come to the following conclusions: The corporate society responsibility different companies is at the non-equilibrium state,many differences exist in fulfilling the corporate social responsibility in different companies; Corporate social responsibility is impacted by the industries economic; The same company fulfills corporate social responsibility well on the one hand, but actually neglects on the other hand responsibility.
