The Research Of Development Strategy And Realization Route Of Shangjie District Under Central Plains Economic Zone

As strategy leads the development, the route depends the future. The guiding suggestions about accelerating the development of Central Plains Economic Zone, which has been republiced by the State Council, not only presents that the Central Plains Economic Zone counstruction has upgraded to a state strategy, clarifies the five-function location of Henan Province, but also points out a right orientation for the strategy adjustment and route selection of the county region economy development in Central Plains Economic Zone. Being the significant basement and suppliment of Central Plain Plains Economic Zone only when the county region economy being powerful can the whole province’s economy being powerful, thus it must be stimulated. As a component part of the county region economy in Central Plains Economic Zone, how to modify the development strategy, choose a right route to realize the economic transfotmation and upgrading under the new background has become a significant challenge for Shangjie District Government.Through the analysis of real examples, this thesis clearly puts forwards the strategy position and route selection of Shangjie District under Central Plains Economic Zone. And it is divided into five parts:the introduction part generally presents the proposal background and purpose of the thesis, introduces its study methods and writing stream, defines the basic structure; the second part simply reviews the development history of Shangjie District, divieds it into three stages:the logistic support of Zhengzhou Enterprises. China Aluminum Coorperation, the industry satellite town of Zhengzhou and the scientific demonstration area of county economy in Henan, and sums up the outstanding advantages of Shangjie, such as its geographical location, industry, citilization, elites and science study, as well as the social environment; chapter3mainly talks about the background and meaning of Central Plains Economic Zone and deeply analysizes the chances it brings to Shangjie in new industralization, general aviation, vocational eduction and urban-rural integration, as well as the challenges it brings such as the more severe competition between districts, unrational insdustrail structure and the poor service level of government; combined with the reality of Shangjie District, the fouth part points out its development strategy under Central Plains Economic Zone that’s to make Shangjie into an important industrial basement of Zhengzhou-Kaifeng Industrial Corridor, build Zhengzhou general aviation science development area and create a national vocational education reform region here, as well as make it the urban and rural integration first area of Zhengzhou; based on the developing purpose, the fifth part puts forwards the linked path to realize it; the conclusion part sums up the whole thesis and looks into the distance to the future of Shangjie’s development in Central Plains Economic Zone counstruction.
