Study On The Spatial And Temporal Evolution Of The Coordinated Development Of The "Five Characters" In The Central Plains Economic Zone

With the rapid development of the economy,the ecological environment has been destroyed.The "Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization" proposes to "coordinated promotion of agricultural modernization industrialization,urbanization,informationization,and greening"(hereinafter referred to as "five characters").If China wants to achieve the goal of ecological civilization construction,it must raise the level of coordinated development of the "five characters".The fourth growth pole of China's economic development is the Central Plains economic zone.Therefore,studying the coordinated development of the "five characters" in the Central Plains economic zone is of great significance for realizing the rise of the central region and the dream of national rejuvenation.This paper determines the weight of each index in the "five characters" system by entropy method,and uses the comprehensive development index method and the coupling coordination model to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the coordinated development of the "five characters" in the Central Plains economic region during the 10-year period from 2007 to 2016.The ESDA method is used to analyze the spatial correlation pattern of the coordinated development of the “five characters”,and the following conclusions are drawn through analysis:(1)In terms of time dimension,the development level of “five characters” is generally showing an upward trend.The highest of the “five characters” is greening,and the lowest is informationization.The changes in the level of comprehensive development and the level of coupling coordination of the “five characters” are showing an upward trend,but their growthtrend is relatively slow.Among them,the comprehensive development level has been in a low-level development stage,the coupling level has risen from the benign coupling stage to the high-coupling stage,and the coordination level is roughly divided into three stages(end-disorder-reluctant coordination-primary coordination).Among the five provinces,the highest is the green index,and the lowest is the information index.The other three provinces are different in each province.The comprehensive development level and coordination degree of Shandong Province is relatively high.The coupling degree of Shanxi Province is relatively high,and that of Anhui Province is the lowest.This trend of change is mainly affected by large-scale policies such as industrial restructuring,the “new normal” of the economy,and the“Belt and Road”.The degree of development of “five characters” in different time periods is different.(2)From the spatial dimension,greening and agricultural modernization are higher in the southeastern part of the Central Plains Economic Zone,and information,industrialization and urbanization are relatively high in the central and western regions.The comprehensive development level of Zhengzhou and its surrounding areas is relatively high,the level of the border areas is low,and the differences between regions are decreasing.The degree of coupling between the surrounding areas of Zhengzhou and the northwestern part of the Central Plains Economic Zone is relatively high,while that of the southeastern region is relatively low.The coordination level between the central and northern regions in the region is relatively high,and the level in the southeast is relatively low.The coordination level of the“five characters” in the region is obviously different,but the gap between the regions is gradually decreasing.The coordinated development level of “five characters” has significant spatial correlation and obvious agglomeration characteristics,but the Moran's I value is constantly shrinking,indicating that the area with similar coordination degree of “five characters” in the Central Plains economic region is spatially agglomerated.It is weakening and the convergence effect is obvious;Zhengzhou and its surrounding areas are concentrated in the hotspots,and in the southeast of the Central Plains Economic Zone is the concentrated distribution of cold spots;in the local space,it is divided into three categories: high-high Agglomeration(HH),high-low agglomeration(HL),low-low agglomeration(LL),the firstcategory is mainly distributed in the surrounding areas of Zhengzhou,the second category shows no-to-none development,the third category is mainly distributed in the junction of Henan and Anhui.(3)Through the research on the coordinated development of the Central Plains Economic Zone in the “five characters”,it is found that there are a series of problems in the process of development.For example,the overall level of informatization is low,and the “five characters” is not integrated enough.Problems such as the difference in coordination levels are obvious,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed for these problems,which provide some reference opinions for the development of the Central Plains economic zone in the future.
