Along with economic development, competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, businesses are doing everything possible to improve their core competitiveness. The core competitiveness of the dispute from the dispute of the original technology slowly shift to the battle of talent, with the appropriate core talent plays a vital role in the development of enterprises, while the core talent management is increasingly becoming the focus of the scholars inside and outside research. From the current study, the foreign core talent management theory and practice is relatively rich and relatively lacking in the domestic core talent management, and most theoretical studies, combined with business practices to the core talent management less. This study is based on private enterprise representatives, to study the core of the enterprise talent management practice to identify the enterprise’s core talent management problems, and proposed improvement program.Under the backdrop of core talent management for Weihua Group Co., Ltd, this thesis aims at bringing forth a system to guide the enterprise core talent by analyzing the designing, execution, lessons and experiences of Weihua’s.In this paper, the theory of enterprise core talent is adopted to guide the study of practical work, especially of the study on application. By integrating dialogues and desk research, the questionnaires, data in this thesis is more authentic and comprehensive. First of all, by reading plenty of books and periodicals about enterprise core talent management, the writer gets inspired by theories about desk research; Second, by collecting the practical information from the real-world experience, the writer get enriched by the study of manuals, cases, and summary from enterprise core talent management in Weihua Group.Against the background of related theory on enterprise core talent management, this paper make a review about the literature first, and then adopts series of methods for inspection and research to analyze the design and execution the core talent management in Weihua Group, in order to find new way for success of enterprise core talent management. In the first chapter, it mainly displays the research background, the purpose and significance of research, the method and idea for it; the second chapter is about the literature review; for the third chapter, the writer takes Weihua Group as an example and stepping stone to enterprise core talent management; while in the fourth chapter, the example of Weihua is analyzed in detail in order to find a solution for enterprise core talent management; In the fifth chapter, the writer makes a further study of the practical construction under the guidance of the designed solution in order to get lessons and experiences, and pointed out problems that need attention in the course of implementation of the program.This research intends to be guidance for management of enterprise core talent, for integration of core talent-orientation and daily management in the enterprise, for helping enterprise to find the specific solution to grow strong, and for upgrading the management with high standard.It is a heavy task for both the theory circle and the business circle to explore the way of building Chinese characteristic enterprise core talent management. Under the tide of reform and establish the modern enterprise system, enhance the core talent management of enterprise is of great urgency. Every economical behavior reflects the influence of culture value. In the process of establish modern enterprise system, not only the asset reorganization and institution reconstruction is needed, but also the ideas, morality, culture and spirit is highly values.
