Study On The Loss Of Core Talents In G Clothing Enterprise

Based on G clothing enterprise field investigation, this essay studies the brain loss of G enterprise from the aspects of management and economic. This essay also analyses the current brain drain of G enterprise, and the factors that influences the brain loss, and to prevent G core brain drain problem it puts forward relevant suggestions to prevent the core brain loss at G enterprise, in hopes of helping to avoid and solve the current brain loss at current corporations and improving their competitiveness of the enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to study the core brain loss problem at G enterprise and put forward measures to solve this problem, in an effective and targeted manner.
