Ltd. as a large deomestic automobile production manufacturing enterprises, the Assessment Center technology applied to the core talent selection system, to promote the development of the enterprise, improve the work efficiency and the level of performance of their duties have great significance.This article focuses on the introduction of Assessment Center, the implementation and application process optimization, integration, combined with the actual situation of De Zhong company, resolve De Zhong company human resource management problems to enhance the management level, to promote the development of De Zhong company’s core talent strategy.First of all, through the literature review, before the research results, summarized Assessment Center technology, introduced its origin, development, concept, characteristics and main evaluation tools. Secondly, through enterprises field visit, to understand De Zhong company’s development history, organizational structure and describe the human resources management present situation, a detailed analysis of the problems there is a long tradition of core talent selection mode.Then, the paper studies how to introduce and implement Assessment Center based on enterprise core competency model, this paper introduced the process and analysis the results. Finally, the paper puts forward the further optimization of Assessment Center.
