JIT logistics management method is an important way to solve the modern enterprise logistics cost and service effective unified, the core of the system of JIT logistics is delivered on time, That is, enterprises in the grasp of customer base needs, Appointed delivery time with customers, and deliver the goods in an optimal manner to the customers on time, by this way, improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs in the operation of the logistics process. This requires that all elements of the logistics operation coordinated, reduce the ineffective operations, and the ordering, warehousing, sorting, distribution and other aspects operation unifying, promote the effective flow of goods in time, space and information, achieve the logistics visualization and systematic.Based on the logistics enterprises in the prevalence of low-quality logistics services, operations management capabilities, information platform supportion inadequate and so on. The paper study logistics processes and operations which starting from the JIT logistics management. And based on the JIT logistics operations, Specifically, the studying work specifically including the following aspects:(1)Clarify the JIT, delivery and JIT concepts and theories. Analysis the time operations, tools and management core elements of the enterprise logistics, to Providing the further theoretical support on the JIT operation of collection and operation of the model.(2) Proposed TCOM model, and architecture the system model from four aspects, that is, the target, core activity, operation steps and management. And do have specific analysis and research to model elements and operational requirements.(3) For TCOM model operating requirements, comb and mechanisms to build the core operation model. For the warehousing operating system, Prepared Parallel cis push methodology for node driven in warehousing operations mechanism, analysis in four different constraints of JIT flows and time parameters to achieve, Thus, Establishing of the time mechanisms of the node-driven warehousing operations. The transport network system constructing an improved VRPTW model, and analysis the solves and related requirements of the VRPTW model based on genetic algorithm. As for the docking problem on Information system and distribution operations, in this paper, designing the overall structure of the information system, and three-dimensional model was constructed based on system operation and content display.
