The Research Of Supply Chain Finance Cooperative Game Mode Based On Inventory Financing

SMEs play an important role in China’s economic and social development process, but financing is difficult to restrict the survival and development of SMEs. Financial institutions such as banks designed services commodity supply chain for SMEs financing difficulties. On the perspective of supply chain, product design different from traditional single evaluation for credit the main way but more focused on the stability of the supply chain members of the cooperative relations between the qualification and scale of the authenticity of the upstream and downstream trading activities background as well as strength of counterparty credit and so on. Through the involvement of core enterprises in the supply chain and third-party logistics companies, on the one hand to ease SME financing difficulties, on the other hand small and medium enterprises enhance their own credit rating with the help of the core enterprises, the credit risk to SMEs also decreased for banks. This paper selects the inventory to pledge financing model for the study, to improve the existing inventory financing mode. Starting from the perspective of cooperative game to explore the pricing decisions while safeguarding the overall interests of supply chain financial members of the enterprise through bargaining to get a reasonable distribution of benefits to achieve the goal of supply chain finance in general and benefit and individual benefit, and promote the development of supply chain finance a sustained and stable.First, we discuss the basic theory of supply chain finance. This paper reviews the concept of supply chain finance and analyzes transaction cost theory, commission agents and asymmetric information theory and the theory of self-liquidating trade finance. Based on the funding gap for SMEs in the supply chain, this paper described three typical mode of operation of the supply chain, finance and risks and risk control measures which lay the theoretical foundation for the study of the whole text. Second, we researches mode of financing inventory financing qualitatively, and analyzes inventory financing mode theoretical basis. Based on the main financing, inventory financing way, and the risks and control measures to introduce the existing Inventory financing mode, and analyze the current problems in inventory financing and future development trends.Third, this paper introduced the business transactions between core companies and financing companies into the inventory financing mode. Begin with procurement stage of financing companies. We analyze the benefit cost of all member enterprises in inventory financing mode and explore the member enterprises to their own profit maximization as the goal of cooperation and non-cooperative individual pricing decisions. On this basis, we analyze conflicts of interest between the overall interests with member companies on the supply chain financial.Finally, on the improved inventory financing mode, cooperative game theory is introduced. On the basis of analyzing the revenue costs of the member enterprises in the cooperative game mode, we use multi-attribute fuzzy relation matrix modeling approach to develop the contribution of participating member companies. Allocated profits of supply chain financial more rationally between member companies based on their contributions. On this basis, the member companies to determine the distribution of profits out of their price range, and a bargaining game analyze the pricing range and counterparty to develop itself satisfied with the transaction price. In addition, we analyze the best pricing between the member enterprises in the cooperative game mode when the market demands changes.
