However, as for the profits, it’s only by fair and reasonableallocation that can ensure the efficiency of the supply chain alliance, forming a virtuous circleto create more profits for the alliance.The theme of this paper is to solve business problems about the distribution of benefitswith cooperative game theory. Here is the following items:First, it gives a distinct explanation of the theories of the supply chain alliance andmutual cooperation among enterprises, that is to show that the business must follow certainprinciples of revenue allocation, moreover, make a certain understanding of riskdecision-making and the basic concepts of cooperative games and related contents.Then, the dissertation introduces the Cooperation game theory of the supply chainenterprises, and analyses the factors which could be having an influence on the benefit ofthe whole supply chain alliance and the character and the method of benefit distribution, andsummarizes deficiencies of some methods, The Cooperation game theory is used to solvebenefit distribution question of the alliance, a discussion on the weaknesses and the strengthsof the Shapley value is made. Because of the disadvantage of the Shapley value, this paperproposes a modified Shapley value model from the factors which may influence to benefits,and puts forward some methods for calculating coefficient of the affecting factors.Again, a risk decisions model is built, the paper solves the model, and takes income ofenterprises as the cooperative model’s characteristic function, then, Shapley value is used toallocate profits, thus, a distributing profits of enterprises can be got, at the same time,calculating coefficient of the affecting factors, and considers the impact on Shapley model,the model shall be solved.Finally, in order to analyze the causes, the paper makes comparisons as accurate as onecan among the benefits of enterprises in all situations.
