| ABSTRACT: Recently in the settings of international economy slowing recovery and domestic economic development slowdown, China’s capital market has gradually become standard, how to evaluate the investment value of listed bank is the problem that investors, creditors and bank managers have to face together.China Minsheng Bank is the joint stock commercial Bank which has fastest growing asset scale. This paper stands in the angle of investors, collect and sort out a lot of data about China’s banking industry and Minsheng bank based on the theory and the results of the listed company investment value researches in the principle of combining theory with practice. Through analyzing the banking management system environment, the banking industry development trend and competition situation, we have a grasp of the overall of the bank industry; Through analyzing the basic situation of Minsheng bank, business management status and the quality of the assets management, corporate governance and risk control ability, we have a grasp of the key driving force of Minsheng bank; Through analyzing the profitability of Minsheng bank, management and growth ability, solvency and cash flow structure, creativity and support capacity, we understand the business power of Minsheng bank. On the basis of the business and financial analysis, we forecast a period of financial status and cash flow of Minsheng bank in the future, and value investment valuations of Minsheng bank by using the cash flow model, P/E ratio and P/B ratio method. This paper draws a conclusion that Minsheng bank has investment extreme value in the current market conditions. |
