Due to the monopoly characteristics of the current power supplyenterprises and the public ownership system and mechanisms to make themeasy to underestimate the presence of the marketing risk or lack ofunderstanding of the marketing risk, which is very dangerous.In order toguarantee the Security and efficient of the power marketing,there is an urgentneed to power marketing a scientific risk assessment system in order toassess the risk,on this basis to analyze and prevent and control therisks.There are three points to the power supply enterprise marketing riskassessment,is also difficult:First, establish a comprehensive, representativeindex system;Second is developed to the actual risk situation for scientific andreasonable assessment of a methods and assessment models;Third is drawnfor the assessment of risk,to propose a realistic and reasonable controlmeasures, and this is the ultimate goal of risk assessment.To solve theproblem of power supply enterprise marketing risk assessment,it is necessaryto carry out systematic integration of the above three points.Any one of thepoints irrational and lack of coordination or not fit between each other, whichcould reduce the effect of the risk assessment or even failure.To be able to assess and response the marketing risk of supply enterprise,effectively combined with the actual situation of the power marketing,according to the theory of marketing risk assessment,In this paper,the threepoints above are studied meticulously and scientifically, and they are alsointegrated sysmatically.The result of this paper is of practical significance, Chapters I and IIoverviewed the research and theory of the relevant marketing risk,of thepower marketing risk,of analytic hierarchy process and of fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method, these provided a theoretical support for the commencement of the topics and research work.This is the first part.Thesecond part consists of chapters III and IV,the third chapter mainly constructcomprehensive risk assess index system of electric power marketing,which isaddressed the first point and completed the primary task of riskassessment.Chapter IV for the second element carry out in-depth study andbuild three-grade four-layer risk assessment model for the power supplyenterprise marketing practice,this is the core content of the risk assessment.Chapters V and VI belong to the third part which is a practice of the earliercontents of assessing study, is also the ultimate goal.The effective riskanalysis and prevention and control measures proposed by the Chapter VI,forthe results of the assessment in the fifth chapter, are also correspond to thethird element.At this point, the power supply enterprise marketing riskassessment will be solved by effective response and system integration of theabove three points, this is also the meaning and value of this study.
