With the changes in the globalization of supply chains,scholars and the business community have paid more and more attention to the issue of supply chain risk management in recent years.Under the circumstances that the market economy environment is becoming more and more complex and the pressure of enterprise survival is increasing,can enterprises survive and retain?The competitive advantage of the market will ultimately depend on the ability to manage the fragile links of the supply chain.This paper mainly discusses the related content of supply chain risk management in the apparel industry,which is closely related to national economic life.Based on the analysis of relevant domestic and foreign research literatures,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to identify the supply chain risk factors of apparel enterprises.Evaluation,according to the evaluation results,put forward corresponding prevention and control strategies,and select clothing company N company as the actual case,and gradually carry out empirical analysis on N company supply chain risk management,as follows:(1)Firstly,the background,research purpose and significance,research content and research methods of this paper are elaborated.The research methods are mainly literature research methods,qualitative and quantitative analysis combined with case analysis methods.(2)This paper introduces the research literature and related theoretical foundations of supply chain risk management at home and abroad,and introduces the risk definition and classification,supply chain risk management,supply chain risk identification,evaluation and prevention,and supply chain structure of apparel enterprises.After analyzing and summarizing the other aspects,the theoretical basis of the research of this thesis is formed.(3)Selecting the senior operators in the industry to form a team of experts,using the Delphi expert questionnaire survey method to identify the supply chain risk factors of China's garment enterprises,after three rounds of investigation and summary,identify the risk factors of Chinas garment enterprises supply chain mainly have external environment Risk,organizational internal risk,partner risk,market risk,financial risk and information risk,each of which is subdivided into several risk categories.After identifying the supply chain risk factors of gannent enterprises,the model based on entropy weight-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is selected to evaluate the identified risk factors,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to fuzzyly evaluate the indicators.Finally,the total value of the supply chain risk of the garment enterprise and the value of each risk factor are calculated.After evaluating the risk factors,according to the impact of each risk factor,combined with the principle of risk prevention and control,give corresponding recommendations to reduce supply chain risks.(4)The clothing company N company was selected as the case of empirical analysis,and the risk identification and risk evaluation of N company supply chain risk were gradually carried out.According to the recognition result of Delphi expert questionnaire,the entropy weight-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used for evaluation.The supply chain is currently at a medium risk level,in which the intermal risk of the organization has the greatest impact.Based on this,the corresponding prevention and control strategy recommendations are given,and it is expected to reduce the risk level of the N company supply chain and ensure the healthy and orderly operation of the N company.Figure 7 Table 23 Reference 62...
