| Abstract:Technical transformation is an important means to ensure reliable power supply. However, there is risk in anywhere, greatly affecting the smooth implementation and successful completion of technical transformation projects.The thesis briefly describes theories of risk management and technical transformation, deeply analyzes risk management status of technical transformation projects in GY power supply bureau, identifies risks which may exist depthly, detailed, comprehensively, effectively, and uses improved risk index evaluation method to qualitatively analyze and evalue all the risks, carries out semi-quantitative risk analysis with CSG corporation SEP risk assessment technique for safety risk, social responsibility, natural risk and so on. On this basis, the thesis presents effective, practical and feasible risk control measures coinciding to actual production of technical transformation, uses "pre-10Risk List Law" and risk monitoring positive and negative feedback mechanisms to monitor the risks, in order to achieve closed-loop management of various risks, maximally avoid or eliminate adverse effects of risks, reduce the loss that risks may cause.The paper takes a useful exploration to application of comprehensive risk management ideas and theories to technical transformation, establishes a relatively perfect risk management model of technical transformation projects in power supply enterprise, proves the feasibility and effectiveness of comprehensive risk management used in technical transformation projects, verifies that CSG corporation SEP risk assessment technique is scientifical and practical, provides a useful reference for GY power supply bureau to promote comprehensive risk management. It’s of great significance to further improve management performance, promote sustainable development and creation of a domestic advanced level power supply enterprise and even word-class level, contribute to better serve local economic and social development. |
