Study On Institutions Operating State-owned Assets Management Business Model

Based on this, we try to literature analysis, diachronic investigationand case analysis to examine the situation, patterns and basic problems of theinstitutions operating in China state-owned asset management operations. Thispaper first outlines that both the public service needs and the nature of theoperating assets of the institutions to meet certain business requirements and theirassociated generic concept, and is a concept under the guidance of a more detailedstudy of literature. Secondly, we further analyzed from the perspective of theeconomic theory of public administration institutions operating state-owned assetsthe possibility of its theoretical significance. Again, we proceed from China’sspecific national conditions and the objective necessity of our institutions tooperate state-owned assets, the stage of development and current problems areanalyzed. Thirdly, in order to further analyze this problem, we selected theenterprise in Jilin Province, Hong Kong Monetary Authority’s institutions-ChunYi Hotel as our case study object, a detailed analysis of the hotel managementmode and operation mode characteristics, and the hotel is poor operational performance of the eight aspects of the hotel exists, specific institutions operatingstate-owned assets, the reality and the operation of the.
