Considering the company goals, the external and internal environment, and thecompany conditions, the author makes four different strategies to ensure the survivaland development of the company using the SWOT analysis method. The first strategy,company can not only focus on the development of the department of metallurgicaldesign, but also on the development of the market of civil engineering design. Thesecond strategy, with the opportunity which the country increases the investment inmetallurgical industry, the company can construct its information management system,achieve a high level of enterprise information management, and concern about theinternational metallurgical engineering covering the lack in this area. The thirdstrategy, under the country requirements of developing low carbon economy andpromoting green development currently, the company need to increase the technologylevel of disposal of pollutants and the company also can expand the market by meansof its advantages in the green technology. The fourth strategy, the company can reducesome organization of steel design department, can conduct the division ofresponsibilities again, reducing the threat of external environment for enterprise.The paper presents the principles of pushing for international market on one handand domestic market on the other, with both hands working hard all the time, ofdeveloping the quality and speed up at the same time, of optimizing the structure andrational distribution, and presents the principles of innovation development andscientific development, of establishing multi-benefit business relationship. By2020inthe program, the development of the non-ferrous metal resources and the design andconsultation achievement of construction engineering will have a major breakthrough.While making significant progress in the company reform, independent innovationand scientific management, the company will become a international competitive andgreat influence of the engineering company, with prominent main business, have areasonable structure and advanced management, with advanced technology andindependent intellectual property, and the company will rank among the top threecompanies in the non-ferrous metals industry. The quantity and quality of human resources, the management level, the technology innovation, the income level of theemployees will become better and better. The Company will become successful andpowerful company in non-ferrous metallurgy industry, leading with the engineeringdesign, extending the engineering industry chain, changing from a single designconsulting type to the design and development transformation. To ensure tasks of thecompletion of company development goals and construction and planning ofmanagement system, the paper presents some crucial measures below: First of all, thecompany needs to explore the market initiative, strengthen the customer relationshipmanagement. Secondly, the company needs to develop the human resource to thrivethe company, and needs to increase efforts to train personnel further. Then thecompany needs to strengthen the quality consciousness again, to build the corecompetitiveness of the characteristics of business. At the same time, the companyneeds to optimize the mode of project management, strengthen the construction oftechnical system, enhance scientific and technological innovation, and develop thebuilding of corporate culture. The company also needs to establish and improve thebasic information platform of its internal management, establish monitoring andevaluating system of financial management risk.
