Study On The Planning Process Management Of Guigang Country Garden Project In Guangxi

On the basis of sustained and stable economic growth,the real estate industry,as the pillar industry of China's national economy,will play an important role in promoting economic transformation and upgrading and sustained growth.For the current development of real estate enterprises,the continuous supply-side reform policy of the state is to actively guide the market to form an effective and reasonable supply,more efficient digestion of existing stocks.So,at present,most of the three-four-five-line cities with high inventory pressure,how to do a good job in the early planning of real estate development projects is particularly important.Because of the inaccuracy of decision-making before taking investment in the project,there are many cases that result in the late completion of real estate projects.Therefore,it is very important for the success or failure of the project to do a full and accurate planning and demonstration before the project investment takes place,and to ensure the optimal project investment scheme.It is also very important for the real estate development enterprises to give priority to planning and implementing well before the investment and development of all projects.The author of this paper is based on the work practice of the Primus Garden Group in the early planning stage of Guigang Primus Garden Project in Guigang City,Guangxi Province.Through the analysis and study of the whole process of the market environment analysis,cost planning,schedule planning,quality planning,construction planning and marketing planning of the project,the total Some ideas and methods of real estate development with general regularity are concluded.This paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,static analysis and dynamic analysis,SWOT analysis and other demonstration methods,and demonstrates the real estate development projects in the planning process management phase of the main difficulties and practices.
