The Research On Operation And Management Of Bonded Logistics Project Of F Group

Chinese processing trade has become an important part of foreign trade throughthe rapid development in the past20years. In the recent years，with the vigorousdevelopment of Chinese export-oriented economy，“Bonded Logistics” as animportant branch of modern logistics is becoming more and more important.Meanwhile, it becomes the main operation mode among the Logistics operationsserving the export-oriented economy. However, the problems of the BondedLogistics，day by day， are also becoming more apparent with the rapid growth of theChinese foreign trade volume for many years and the improvement of the logistics’requirement of the international supply chain. Currently global manufacturing, globalsales and international procurement are the main trade mode in manufacturing field,and our foreign trade, transnational operation develops very fast, which drives thedevelopment of international logistics. Accordingly, the bonded logistics severs as thebridge between domestic logistics and international logistics and its developmenttrend will change from passive into active, managerial into service. Hence, improvingcustoms supervision policy; innovating customs supervision system and establishinga reasonable comprehensive bonded logistics center should be very urgent andsignificant for the development of China’s bonded logistics in the future.In nowadays, as the economy globalized, China has become a major investmentand production base for global manufacture field, which mainly export. At the sametime, China is the largest consumer market in the world, so the manufactures mustalso considered the domestic market, and most of them take bonded processing whichare called “Processing Trade Enterprises”. Currently, in China, the import&exportvolume of processing trade enterprises is more than half of the total volume. Thus,Bonded Logistics, as a new form of logistics based on the international trade business, serving for domestic bonded processing, deserves a very closer study in the actuallogistics operations in China.My paper is to study the bonded logistics from the perspective of supply chainoperations of processing trade enterprises, that is, to measure in the way of the actualoperation, what an important role that the bonded logistics plays for the supply chainof processing trade enterprise to go on smoothly. Here I will take the operation andmanagement of F group’s bonded logistics project as the object to study, the maintheme is: under the premise of China’s foreign trade management system, therequirements of Customs supervision and the international laws, how a processingtrade enterprise builds a highly active, reasonable and legal bonded logistics mode.For the first part, I will, through the research and analysis of the theories of domestic&foreign bonded logistics and current problems during the development of bondedlogistics, to list the problems existing in the bonded logistics operation in F group: theproblems of its logistics characteristics and the management mode of its processingtrade; the main problems that the bonded logistics facing in F Group’s supply chain,and the problems of the second parts will be analyzed from following four aspects:problems of its operating strategy; problems during the clearance of bonded goods;problems of bonded goods warehousing and problems existing bonded logisticssystem. For the second part, I will accordingly provide some improvement actions tothese problems based on the theories of domestic and foreign bonded logistics.Actions like: changing the operation and management mode of its bonded logisticsshould into network supervision mode; establishing a complete supervision systemfor its bonded logistics; improving the circulating channels for its bonded logistics;building up the bonded logistics information system.
