A Research On Bonded Area And Export-oriented Economy In Shanghai

Bonded area in our country has played an important role in improving trade and investment environment, attracting foreign capital, promoting the regional economic development, and has became the new growth point of the open economy in the hinterland. In recent years, with the implementation of rising strategy in central region and the change trend of the economic situation at home and abroad, the demand of the bonded area from the inland areas is ascending. In order to adapt to the market demand both at home and abroad better, the central provinces have to try their best to develop the bonded area and export-oriented economy. As one o f the most development potential province of six provinces of central China, under the background of the eastern industrial transfer and the national policy support, how to make use of the bonded area to promote the development of export-oriented economy in Hubei province, has the very strong practical significance.At first, this paper respectively uses tariff theory, growth pole theory, industrial cluster theory, comparative advantage theory and the theory of "two gaps" model to provide theoretical support for the establishment of the bonded area development, the development of export-oriented economy, and the mechanism and the path of bonded area to the export-oriented economy. Then this paper analyses the development present situation of bonded area and export-oriented economy in Shanghai. Then this paper explores the transmission mechanism and influence path of bonded area promoting the development of export-oriented economy specifically, and analyzes the present situation of the export-oriented economy and bonded area in Hubei province, and uses the comprehensive index method to achieve the comparative analysis between Hubei province and Shanghai C ity. Besides, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the bonded area and the export-oriented economy in Hubei province. Finally, from the experience of Shanghai, using the mechanism of bonded area promoting the development of export-oriented economy, this paper puts forward some suggestions about how to build bonded area better to better promote the development of export-oriented economy in Hubei province.
