Study On The Effects Of Fairness Perception And Efficiency Perception On Supply Chain Cooperation Relationship Stability

In recent years, more and more attention to supply chain cooperation, thecooperation pattern also more and more deeply and widely, supply chain cooperativecompetition gradually become a main mode of enterprises’ competition. Stable supplychain cooperation relationship can create more long-term interests and promote thecompetitive ability for the enterprise. But, in the reality of the supply chaincooperation wasn’t the best, they all broken with end in succession. Because of thecomplexity of the supply chain cooperation relationship management, how to buildup a good supply chain cooperation relations, maintain the stability of the relationshiphas become enterprise managers desk problem and many scholars’ important topic.According to the existing literature research results, basically have five keyfactors affecting the stability of the supply chain cooperation relations, including:overall cooperation level, the enterprise strength equivalence degrees, fairness,efficiency and the environment. Based on the one by one analysis for the five keyfactors,this paper mainly focus on the effecting of fair perception and efficiencyperception on the cooperation relationship stability, and further analyzes theregulatory role of environment uncertainty. In the former research also has manyscholars to study fairness perception, efficiency perception, but major of them areseparate research as independent variables, few literatures as the independent variablestudy together, also few scholars study the relationship with the cooperation relationsstability and explore the relationship change under different environmentaluncertainty degree. This study bases on the review of relevant literature, detail therelated concepts and theories, and combine the results of the deep interview we putforward our hypothesis. The research chose the manufacturing sector as object, totally collected226validquestionnaires. Through the descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliabilityanalysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and so on a series of dataanalysis methods with the aid of SPSS16.0software, we concluded:(1) Supply chain enterprise members’ fairness perception have positive effects onstability of cooperation relationship.(2) Supply chain enterprise members’ perception of distribution fairness havepositive effects on stability of cooperation relationship.(3) Supply chain enterprise members’ perception of procedural fairness havepositive effects on stability of cooperation relationship.(4) Supply chain enterprise members’ perception of procedural fairness will havea stronger effects on stability of cooperation relationship than will the Supply chainenterprise members’ perception of distribution fairness.(5) Supply chain enterprise members’ efficiency perception have positive effectson stability of cooperation relationship.(6) Supply chain enterprise members’ efficiency perception will have a strongereffects on stability of cooperation relationship than will the Supply chain enterprisemembers’ fairness perception.(7) Environmental uncertainty moderates the effects of fairness perception andefficiency perception on stability of cooperation relationship. As enviromnentaluncertainty increases, the importance of efficiency perception increases and theimportance of fairness perception decreases.This paper make the fairness perception and efficiency as the independentvariable and explore the effect on the stability cooperation relationship, furtherlyanalyzed the influence of the intensity of the role, and we conclude environmentaluncertainty moderates the effects of procedural and distributive fairness on stabilityof cooperation relationship. As enviromnental uncertainty increases, the importanceof perception of efficiency increases and the importance of perception of fairnessdecreases. According to the limitations of the study, this paper gives a note of thedefects of the study, and points out the future research direction, also hope to thetheory of the study play a valuable role for the after study. In practice, this research conclusion has the certain enlightenment significance for promoting the relationshippositive and stable development between supply chain cooperation in reality. Theresearch conclusion points out that the fairness perception and efficiency perceptionof supply chain enterprise members have an significant effecting on cooperationrelationship stability, enterprise managers should pay attention to the change ofenvironmental uncertainty degree, adjust the cooperative strategy adaptatively.
