In the 21st century, the supply of new labor in our country is decreasing rapidly. Labor supply show a structural shortage, enterprise labor costs are rising rapidly."80s","90s" as the main body of the new generation have gradually become the main force of human resource in the organization. Compared with previous generations, their work values and life demands have their own distinct characteristics, especially in the cognition and choice of employment relationship. For example, they advocate a short and temporary employment relationship and take the initiative to resign. Therefore, to maintain the stability of employment relationship between employees and organizations has become a new topic of human resource management.In this study, we work on the new generation of workers as the research sample. Based on the analysis of relevant theories and literature, we probe into the problem of risk perception and employment relationship stability. Besides, organizational trust is the key element to stimulate and maintain employment relationship stability. Work values are the moderating variable. The paper not only enriches the theory research and empirical research of the employment relationship stability, but also has certain guiding significance for the company to manage the employment relationship of the new generation. Besides it help the new generation career self-management.This study adopts questionnaire survey measurement. Samples mainly come from Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang province and so on. By on-site measurement and e-mail, we got 351 valid questionnaires. Using SPSS, Lisrel and other software to deal with the data analysis, the main conclusions are as follows, the risk perception of the new generation has significant negative impact on the employment relationship stability, the higher the risk perception, the more easy to establish a short term employment contract and a negative relationship with the employers’ and employees’ obligations, the risk perception has significant negative impact on organizational trust,employees’ organizational trust plays an intermediary role in the influence of risk perception on the stability of employment relationship, work values moderate the influence of risk perception on employment relationship stability.Finally, based on the research conclusion, we put forward the management recommendations about how to establish harmonious employment relationship among the new generation employees.
