Study On Factors Of Cooperation Relationship Stability Between Manufacturers And Distributors-based On The Appliance Industry

Under the background of economic globalization, competition among enterprisesis becoming more competitive. Therefore, enterprises are urgent to strengthen thesupply and marketing cooperative to the integration of resources in order to improvethe competitiveness of enterprises.According to the existing literature research, six key factors affecting thecooperation relationship stability between manufactures and distributors. Based on theanalysis for the six key factors, this paper mainly focus on the effecting ofenvironment uncertainty, dependent asymmetry, specific assets investment andfairness perception on the cooperation stability. Many scholars have studiedenvironment uncertainty, dependent asymmetry, specific assets investment andfairness perception, but major of them are separate researched as independentvariables, few literatures study them together. This paper focuses on four factors asthe independent variables and studies them together.This study bases on the review of relevant literature, concepts and theories, andbrings forward nine research hypotheses. Then test the factors that affect the cooperation relationship stability.The research chose the distributors as object, totally collected153validquestionnaires. Through the descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliabilityanalysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and so on a series of dataanalysis methods with the aid of SPSS software.The results show that environment uncertainty doesn’t take significant negativeimpact in cooperation relationship stability, and the manufactures’ specific assetsinvestment doesn’t take significant positive impact in cooperation relationshipstability.
