With the rapid development of China’s economy, the important role and status of the SMEs in the economy becomes more and more has become the indispensable important component of China’s national economy, large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises can not be replaced by the special nature of its development. As the most fundamental force of an active market, SMEs in promoting China’s economic growth and the employment of the people and re-employment, but also plays an important role. With the growing role of SMEs by governments around the world and the community awareness and concern for the development of SMEs generally face in the process of financing difficulties, the attention of the world.SMEs in Guangdong Province also are facing severe financing difficulties. Current financing problems of SMEs in Guangdong Province is mainly reflected a lack of financing capacity of endogenous and exogenous financing capacity. The reason for the financing difficulties of SMEs in Guangdong are multi-faceted, which both small and medium enterprises for its own reasons, but also related to policy reasons, including the reasons of the economic structure. Therefore, solutions to SME financing can not wait.Therefore, the empirical study to identify the financing problems faced by SMEs in Guangdong, and on this basis, first select48small plates of Guangdong China’s Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed companies as research samples and test samples, and then2008to2010, the financial data of the sample enterprises, six financial indicators analyzed, tested the financing capacity of the factors affecting small and medium enterprises in Guangdong, mainly through descriptive analysis and regression analysis, analysis in the end whatthe factors are the main factors affecting the financing capacity. Which factors are mainly two types, namely the financing of endogenous factors and exogenous financing factors? Comprehensive three-year empirical results can be drawn:the financing capacity of the endogenous factors for the profitability of the enterprise, the level of internal accumulation and corporate resistance risk ability; the main factors to affect the external financing, including the size of the enterprise, the enterprise’s assets collateral value, the growth of enterprises. Finally, in accordance with the conclusions of the empirical research from three levels of the enterprise’s own financial system and the social environment-related policy proposals designed to further alleviate the financing problem for SMEs in Guangdong Province.
