The Application Of Landscape Ecology On Land Use Planning

The development of China is developing rapidly. The rapid development ofeconomic benefits to the country also brought increasingly acute contradiction of landuse, land and ecological security are facing the greatest challenge following thepopulation security issues. The new round of land use planning demands rationalarrangement of various types of land space layout, but land ecological environment iscoordinated with the key and difficult point. In the process of rapid urbanizationdevelopment, the encroachment of high-quality farmland shows the drawbacks firstly,and the ecological land would be occupied inevitably. Over time the consequenceswill be going to the overall ecological environment in China which is difficult to berepaired. The application of landscape ecology in land use planning is actually takinglandscape ecological theory into the land use planning system, to protect the naturalecological environment and landscape ecological pattern, and to ensure theconstruction safety as the goal. The non construction of regional spatial layout priorityarrangement, form construction land development restrictions pattern, Constructionland space planning in this range. The landscape ecological application in land useplanning, can protect ecology, prevent high quality of farmland pressure at the sametime, safeguard the development level of the town, and embodies the more reasonablespace arrangement. What we did wasgetting a new way to balance the relationship between people and environment.In this paper, the application of ecological system in land use planning and thefeasibility of empirical research are studied. Taking Xining city as the example, thefirst, analyze and classified ecological environment of Xining city. On the basis of theanalysis, study the geological features and ecological environment, build planningbasement which is the safety of the mankind construction ecological sensitivitypattern. Building the model with the influence of the ecological safety of landscapeelements, superimposing form reflect the levels of landscape ecological securitypattern. Take ecological sensitive and security pattern as the basis for the basicfarmland layout, the pattern of urban development, then finish the perfect function area. The results showed that the amount of basic farmland increased and the qualityimproved. Construction land using less as far as possible influences landscapeecological. It does not affect the city development, and guarantees layout index’srequest, coordinated the urban development and the development process ofrelationship of landscape in a certain scale. The landscape ecology theory makes bemore functional zoning found.Through the research and feasibility analysis shows that, the landscape ecologytheory and the land use planning combined is more satisfied with the present cityconstruction and ecological protection, making the planning each function divisionsare more scientific for national sustainable development and provides the technicalsupport.
