This paper mainly using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Validity Evaluation Method to evaluate Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone Agriculture Eco-Compensation efficiency through empirical analysis. The main conclusions are obtained, that Agriculture Eco-Compensation makes different contributions to different regions in Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone on agriculture environmental benefits, local economic benefits and social benefits. Particularly, Poyang County has the most effectiveness. The main structure goes as follows; In chapter one, the paper introduces current research about agriculture eco-compensation at home and abroad, and the paper structure; In chapter two, the author discusses the theoretical foundation of Agriculture Eco-Compensation in detail, Externality Theory and Natural Capital Theory are included; In chapter three, the author introduces two compensation methods of agriculture eco-compensation, including Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Mutation Analysis, and makes a detailed comparison between two methods, and finally chooses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analysis the problem; In chapter four, the author discussing the construction of agriculture eco-compensation indicator system, screening eighteen indicator and.using AHP method to determine the weighing "values of each indicator in agriculture eco-compensation indicator system, and thus obtains the non-dimensional scores of agriculture eco-compensation. This paper processes the data from2008to2009in a general standardization way, and then uses Validity Evaluation Method to sort the regions belongs to Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone;In chapter five are the conclusions and counter measures of this paper.
